Experience Headphones was founded in July of 2013 by Dean Horsfield and Eric Morin. Their vision was to create a technology company that focused as much on fashion as it did on the actual technology. Their desire was to encourage the audio industry to push the limits of what was possible toward creating products that were not only functional but fashionable as well.
Their idea paid off and within less than 3 years of founding, the company became a multi-million dollar success with revenue more than doubling every single year.
The company boasted an impressive 80% female customer base, which was and to this day is still unheard of in the audio industry. Their store designs and story-based marketing strategies have since been mimicked by Chapters Indigo, Best Buy, FRENDS, and other major companies now eyeing to be part of the fashion/technology marketplace.
Experience Headphones also introduced the first-ever audio retail 365-day Return and Warranty policy and broke boundaries with their innovative viral marketing strategies.
