All Experience Headphones products come with a minimum 365 day warranty that protects you against defects in the manufacturing process. Warranties are valid for 365 days from the purchase date listed on your original reciept.
Canadian & USA Customers
In-store warranties: Please visit any of our locations and bring your product as well as receipt. Once the warranty is reviewed and confirmed by our trained staff, you will receive a new product right there without any wait time.
Online warranties: Please visit the Experience Warranties page and fill out the simple online form. We will send you a FREE shipping label. Once the item is received and confirmed by our trained staff we will send you a new version of the same product.
If you would like to warranty your product with us rather then the manufacturer simply visit Experience Warranties and fill out the online form. An Experience Headphones representative will then contact you via email with your next steps. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping on International warranty claims. But never fear, you can always warranty direct with the manufacturer which is usually free. PLEASE NOTE: All return packages must be shipped with the appropriate postage paid. Our warehouse will not accept packages that arrive with any fees outstanding.
