365 Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you need time to make decisions. All products can be returned or exchanged within 365 days of purchase. All we ask is that the product be returned in its original condition, with all original components, and in the original packaging. If you choose to return your product, you will receive a FULL refund on your product purchase price. No fees, no hassle, no worries.
Earbud Return & Exchange
All in-ear product must be in their original box and the box must still be factory sealed. For health and safety, we do not accept in-ear products that have been opened.
All Experience Headphones products come with a minimum 365 day warranty that protects you against defects in the manufacturing process. But we go one step further, we completely cover the first year of the warranty in-house, meaning if you have any issues with your headphones what-so-ever, simply contact our warranty department and they will take care of everything for you. It's just that easy.
Return/Exchange/Warranty Conditions Apply
Return/exchange is only eligible on products in new condition, with all original components and box. Earbuds with the factory seal broken are not eligible for return or exchange. Warranty items are not eligible for return/exchange. If you would like to warranty an item that is seasonal and we no longer carry the brand, you will be required to submit your warranty direct with the manufacturer. Orders placed outside of the USA and Canada will be required to pay the return shipping postage.
