365 Return and Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes you need time to make decisions. That is why we introduced our amazing 365 return and exchange policy.  All products can be returned or exchanged within 365 days of purchase.  However, with great reward comes great responsibility.  Products must be returned in their original condition, original box, and with all original components and accessories.  Warranty items are not eligible for return or exchange.


We do not accept returns on in-ear headphone products that have been opened.


Canadian & USA Customers

Please visit Experience Returns and fill out the form. A representative will then contact you via email with a FREE shipping label. 


International Customers

Please visit Experience Returns and fill out the form. An Experience Headphones representative will contact you via email with your next steps.  At this time, we do not offer free shipping on International returns/exchanges. All return packages must be shipped with the appropriate postage paid.  Our warehouse will not accept packages that arrive with any fees outstanding.



Earbud Returns and Exchanges

All in-ear product must be in their original box and the box must still be sealed. We do not accept in-ear products that have been opened.
